X Factor: Gary Barlow apologises for 'fagash' gibe
All the latest news and gossip from The X Factor...
Gary Barlow has apologised to fellow judge Tulisa Contostavlos for his 'fagash' gibe. The Take That singer admitted he was wrong and agreed that Tulisa can insult him for the rest of the series.

Things turned personal between the judges on The X Factor last night when Tulisa questioned Gary Barlow's song choices for Christopher Maloney.
She said: "You do the same thing over and over again with him and it's not working. How many more 80s classics is he going to destroy?"
Barlow replied: "Tulisa, I don't know what's offended me more, - what you said or the fag ash breath."
Contostavlos was shocked and hit back: "Well you should lay off the red wine because I can really smell that too."
Later on ITV2's The Xtra Factor Barlow was asked if he had been drinking red wine and he said he had "a little sip" in his dressing room.
Moments later he apologised to Tulisa: "Can I apologise to Tulisa - I mean it. You have the freedom to be as personal as you like to me for the rest of the series - insult me."
Contostavlos told The Xtra Factor that Barlow had once said he "loved" the smell of cigarettes because it reminded him of his old smoking days and Gary agreed. When asked if she was "all right" with Barlow, Contostavlos replied: "Yeah we're good, yeah, course."
Should the judges be arguing amongst themselves or concentrating on their acts?

I really used to love this programme . In my opinion the so called judges should be booted off the panel.
They seem to be in competition with each other.
As for the performers : Yes some do have talent but must we watch good acts getting voted out , so the likes of Rylan can have his moment of fame ?
Bring back Simon Cowel
Dont, think I will watch X Factor next time around.
No wonder the ratings are dropping.
The comments are as irrelevant and pointless as the show really.
Why do these programmes get away with building hope for wanna be artists and play them off each other in this circus enviroment. They are often puppeteering them often with critique for the sake of giving themselves something to say to make themselves look clever!
Often the judges contradict themselves and cannot qualify their own comments. Loi has often made repeat comments and contradicted himself in the same sentence.
It's all a real shame for artists that come on this reality show as they cannot see that they are allowing themselves to be used as puppets in this way by a tv show that is making good profits off the back of it!

I've set up different businesses over a 30 year period, teach 'public speaking' to businessmen, bankers, etc., at home and abroad, worked as a press photographer, wrote a business book and two true stories. So perhaps you can understand why it frustrates and annoys the hell out of me when I read about this garbage! As for 'Reality TV' that in it'self is just cheap production designed to get the attention of people who can't follow real news or good story lines. My grandchildren can't even watch that crap!
