X Factor's Marcus Collins subjected to racist and homophobic abuse
News from the world of X Factor
According to a report in The Sun, X Factor star Marcus Collins has been subjected to racial and homophobic abuse.
The contestant, said to be a favourite to win the competition, answered his mobile phone at 2.30am, only to be on the receiving end of the vile abuse.

The Liverpudlian - who is openly gay - was left in shock. A source told The Sun: "The voice on the other end of the line was just full of hate and spewed all sorts of racist and anti-gay abuse. He was saying, 'You don't deserve to be on the show. Who do you think you are?' and calling him every name under the sun."
Marcus has refused to call in the police, although he is said to suspect the caller may be a casual acquaintance, which would explain how the perpetrator obtained his phone number.
Marcus, mentored by Gary Barlow, is the favourite to win X Factor according to bookmakers Paddy Power, with odds of 15/8 on.

Regarding Marcus......................he should contact the Police, it happened at 2.30 am in the morning.................disgusting, evil people who do this. They are just jealous...........but this sort of thing can escalate, so stop it now, and change your telephone number, then give it only to family, otherwise it will get worse.
Marcus, you are brilliant and have a fantastic personality and a lovely smile.
You are a Winner and are fantastic on the stage and such a fantastic singer, an all round Star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!
I didn't realise he was gay either, but that doesn't have any baring whatsoever on his performance on X Factor, he is consistently good at whatever sort of music is chosen for him to sing. He deserves to win, he is a really talented guy, and comes across as a really caring person, and is always appreciative of whatever comments the judges make, whether they be constructive or otherwise? - all the luck in the world to him, he deserves to be the winner - he 'shines' whereas the rest of them are as useless as each other!
As regards the 'waste of space' that called him on the phone, hope Marcus ignores it, and puts it down to the obvious ignorance of the 'being' responsible.
MARCUS TO WIN!!!!!!
