The Apprentice: Episode 5 - Keep Fit
A sneak peek at Wednesday's episode...
This week Lord Sugar whips the candidates into shape with a new keep fit task. The fitness industry is highly profitable and the business tycoon hopes the teams can star-jump their way to success!
Phoenix and Sterling have just two days to devise a brand a new exercise class (think Zumba or Body Pump!). They must choose something that will attract 'big numbers' and pitch to leading fitness chains in the hope that they'll pay handsomely for the rights to run them.
On day one it's all about ideas and even with the help of a fitness expert, the concept meetings are more than disappointing. One team decides to combine street dance and martial arts while the other head to the shops to buy hula-hoops and space hoppers - need I say more?
Things go from bad to worse on day two as both teams find it impossible to shoot their promotional videos without bickering, it's more about the egos than the exercise.
Thankfully one team comes up trumps in the pitches and the health clubs are more than impressed but it's all change when the promo ads are viewed as someone's seriously missed the point. Zumba or Z-list? We'll find out tomorrow, see you then!
Join me here every Wednesday from 9pm for The Apprentice live blog. I'll be giving my views on the candidates but what I really want to hear is what you think. See you then!
