The Apprentice: Adam Corbally headhunted!
But not by Lord Sugar?
It's no surprise that Apprentice judges Karren Brady, Nick Hewer and Lord Sugar are impressed with Adam Corbally - he has been on the winning team four times. Unfortunately it looks as though one of their top candidates could be scooped up before the series finale... and not by them!
The Daily Star reports that market trader Corbally has been headhunted by a major importing firm within weeks of filming the show. Apparently the company are so keen on the entrepreneur they offered him a complimentary trip to the bi-annual Canton Fair in Guagzhou, China.
A source close to Adam told the paper: “It was a massive opportunity for him and one he just couldn’t turn down. The company are really impressed with Adam’s business ability and are desperate to hire him. Apprentice candidates are usually known for making silly blunders but so far Adam has played a blinder. It’s no surprise a firm is willing to splash out on such an expensive trip to get him on board.”
Do you think Lord Sugar should scoop Adam up before he scarpers or would you be happy to see the back of him?
