Today, Big Brother has set up a real wrestling ring in the garden ahead of an extra special wrestling task.

In pairs, housemates will be battling it out to whip the socks off their opponent’s feet whilst inside the ring.

Aaron is the referee with the responsibility of choosing which housemates will go head to head – or sock to sock as the case may be. He will be monitoring any foul play and announcing the winner for each round.

Housemates will be transformed into wrestlers, creating their own wrestling styles from a fancy dress box. They will need to use their imaginations to create their ultimate wrestling alter ego and come up with a wrestling name before emerging into the ring.

The pairs enter the ring one at a time and each must kneel on all fours, facing each other at the start of the bout. On hearing the bell, the opponents must try to grab the socks off of their opponent. The wrestler to grab both socks first will be announced as the winner. Aaron the referee will hold up the hand of the winning wrestler.

The three sock wrestling winners will receive a reward later.

Glow sticks at the ready!

Last night housemates were challenged to down a cinnamon shot to win a 90's Rave Party. It sounds simple enough but unfortunately there was a twist - the cinnamon was powdered!




At the klaxon, the group had to swallow the teaspoon of cinnamon without drinking any liquid or letting any of the cinnamon escape from their mouths.
 
In order to pass three out of the seven housemates had to swallow the lot!

UPDATE: Harry, Aaron and Jay successfully managed to swallow their cinnamon shot so as promised, Big Brother provided glow sticks, mesh armbands, luminous tights, tutus and wigs. I don't remember wearing a tutu back in the day?



The good news is that it lifted the housemates spirits after Jem's departure, whistle posse blow!

SHOW HIGHLIGHTS:

Tonight the stakes are high, the housemates are low and Jemma's in the middle of it all.

• Once again we see another first on Big Brother. The shopping budget is being handed to the housemates on a plate... but they've got to place their bets carefully, it's time for a gamble and they could lose the lot!
  
  Big Brother asks for the three most observant, calculating and risk-taking housemates to enter the BB Bookies in the large task room. With a £250 shopping budget to play with, the housemates need to place five bets correctly to win big.
  
  They can place £50 on the first four bets but on number five, there's no limit - game on!
  
• The first bet is on Alex.
  Jay, Jem and Lou believe she can scoff between 21 and 40 chocolates. She struggles, she vomits and she moans but she manages 21... just! Well it is her first love.
  

• The second bet is on Tom. The trio guess how many times he'll say 'Bab' through the day and they're bang on - £100 in the kitty (BOOM!)
  
  
• For the third bet, Faye is pitted against a 10 year old in a quiz... classic BB right here! She guesses that the chemical process that converts carbon dioxide into organic compound is 'Cloroform'. Errr.. no, the answer you were looking for was 'Photosythesis'. She flips her card to reveal the answer to the second question, apparently the Trojan Horse was from Rome. Thank God she pulls it back in the end, wouldn't want to look an idiot eh Faye?
  
  
• Next bet: Harry must dress as a fox and the others play the hounds. How fast can they snatch his tail? The chase is on...
  
  To quote Tom, "Harry, you're the sh**est fox ever!" They manage to grab him within a minute and it's an epic fail for our gambling trio. Just £150 in the pot.
  
  
• With just £150 to show for their efforts, it all rests on the final bet, which karaoke song Aaron will sing?
  
  Louise remembers that Aaron loves High School Musical and it's a good job she did. They go for that and she's bang on, Jay's so happy he looks fit to burst - finally the poor guy has some bloody food!
  
  So there you go, a big fat budget to spend and the housemates can't wait to write their shopping list...

Oh, and I nearly forgot, Jemma decided to leave tonight... not that I'll miss her!

It's been a rollercoaster week for Jemma Palmer. She's been unhappy with her sister Faye's relationship with Aaron and is bored of life in the house. She's threatened to go for days but now it seems her time has come...

Yesterday Jemma visited the Diary Room and told Big Brother that she intended to stay. "I've had a good morning so far, we've all sat together and have breakfast and it's all very relaxed..."

Today her mood has flipped once more and after a crack at Aaron and another argument with Faye, she's returned to the Diary Room and asked to go.

Within the hour Big Brother provided Jemma with her suitcase and she packed her bags. The girls all said they didn't want her to leave and were in tears as she headed to the Diary Room for the final time...

Bye Jemma, I'd like to say I'll miss you but I won't.

Will you miss the open but overpowering sister?

NOMINATIONS UPDATE: As a result of Jemma's exit Big Brother has revealed that ALL housemates who received a nomination will be up for eviction this week. This means that Harry, Faye, Jay and Aaron will face the public vote.

Whether it's nominations or the aftermath, it's all about Faye and Aaron tonight.

• There's a massive twist regarding this week's nominations - the housemates aren't doing it!
  
  The group are gathered in the living room and told that this week 'in the mother of all nominations’, each housemate’s friend or family member will be given the chance to nominate. They can't quite believe their ears but the choice of who's up has been taken out of their hands.
  
  Here's who voted for who:
  
  Aaron’s brother voted for Jem and Jay
  Alex’s mum voted for Faye and Jem
  Faye’s mum voted for Harry and Aaron
  Harry’s girlfriend voted for Jay and Jem
  Jay’s mum voted for Aaron and Faye
  Jem’s boyfriend voted for Aaron and Harry
  Louise’s mum voted for Aaron and Harry
  Tom’s mum voted for Aaron and Jem
  
  This means that Aaron and Jem are up for nomination this week.
  
  
• Aaron is gutted to be nominated so many times. He has genuine feelings for Faye and can't believe that it's coming across as fake. Meanwhile Faye is crying in the toilets. Jem doesn't even give her a second glance as she walks off upset, she's too busy enjoying the fact that her mother voted for Aaron - pfff... I can't believe she cheered her mum on, she didn't seem to care how Faye felt at all.
  

• Aaron tells Faye that his feelings are real. Faye can't stop shaking and has no idea how to take what's been said. I'm a little confused to be honest. Fair enough Aaron was a little OTT when it came to the burping and stuff but he hasn't messed Faye about. In fact he's pandered to her more than he should have on occasion. What has he actually done wrong?
  
  
• Aaron talks to Big Brother: "I know you can't edit me other than how I am but after hearing all those comments, it's worrying. I feel like I'm falling in love with her and after this it's a massive kick in the teeth. I guess Big Brother's done with me... and I'm done with Big Brother."
  
  
• I feel quite sorry for Aaron and Faye now. Their walls have come up after nominations and although they've both admitted falling in love they're still using the work 'like' when it comes to their feelings... They agree to cool things off and see how it goes on the outside - it's just not fair! Grrr... Jemma has a lot to answer for.
  
  

• Aaron's not happy with cooling things off. He's crying in the Diary Room and is very confused. "I'm not strong enough to deal with this. I know walking is the cowards way out but Jem says if I stay she'll go and I don't want to make anyone feel like that. I could have had so much fun..."
  
  
• Faye's worried that Aaron's just going to walk. He says that he's thinking about it and if he does go, there'll be no drama. Faye doesn't want him to leave without saying goodbye and he walks over and gives her an enormous hug. She heads off to bed and he's left contemplating his future in the garden...
  
  

But on a happier note, Tom and Alex are snogging in the bedroom again! Where will it lead?

Once again we see another first on Big Brother. The shopping budget is being handed to the housemates on a plate... but they've got to place their bets carefully, it's time for a gamble and they could lose the lot!

 
Big Brother will ask for the three most observant, calculating and risk-taking housemates to enter the BB Bookies in the large task room. They will then be asked to bet on the outcome of a series of five hits which will occur in the house during the day.

With a £250 shopping budget to play with, the housemates need to bet correctly.

For the first four bets, they must stake £50. If they bet correctly, they will double their money receiving a pay out of £100. If they bet incorrectly they will lose their original £50 stake.

For the final bet, there will be no limit and a list of hits will be sent as soon as housemates have decided which one of them will be placing the bet.

Game on!

SHOW HIGHLIGHTS:

• It's decision time for Jemma. She's been threatening to leave for the past few days and Big Brother calls her to the Diary Room for her decision. If you ask me, I don't think Jemma has any intention of going anywhere. She's spent so much time seeking Faye's attention, I think it's just another way of doing just that. Shocker! Jem's having a good morning all of a sudden and has decided to stay... God I didn't see that coming - ha.
  
  
• Task: Distraction
  Housemates are called to the Diary Room to sit behind a clear Perspex screen. The screen has two parallel lines drawn onto it, and two dots. The aim of the game is to draw a continuous line from the red dot to the blue dot, while keeping 'inside the lines'. If a housemate goes outside of the lines or takes the pen off the sheet they will incur a 10 second penalty.
  
  Sounds simple? Well, Big Brother has a surprise in store for each housemate to distract them:
  
  Alex: a handsome butler serving from a chocolate fountain.
  Harry: a sexy French maid, cleaning the Diary Room.
  Jem: a disco dancing diva gyrating to a funky track.
  Tom: a fireman stripper.
  Faye: a clown blowing, releasing and popping balloons.
  Jay: a sexy waitress serving his favourite trifle.
  Aaron: a little boy armed with silly string.
  Louise: a topless man doing armpit farts.
  
  Cliff notes version, you draw the longest line without being distracted, you win.
  
  
  
  Jemma takes the crown and snags a session with a beautician, she opts to take Faye with her and it's no surprise. After choosing Jay last time she won something, Faye would have gone ballistic.
  
  
• Aaron gossips like an old woman about Jay and Louise. "I think they had rumpy pumpy last night, she was virtually screaming at one point.
  
  Jay speaks to Big Brother about Louise but when Big Brother pushes for answers, he's cagey. "We kissed and cuddled, I'm not going into detail she'd kill me and it's embarrassing!"
  
  
  
  Louise visits the Diary Room: "I could fall in love with Jay, I just don't wanna be apart from him now.."
  Big B asks about their session under the covers and she admits that they had 'a snog and a grind'. "There's nowt wrong with it, I like him and he likes me and you can get a bit horny in here so it's hard. It's not like he put his thing in me or anything, I'm not having any of that business!" Hmmm? Are you convinced?
  
  
• And last but by no means least, we have a new Big Brother couple! After entertaining Big Brother with a silent disco, the housemates were rewarded with music and beer. Alex and Tom flirted throughout the night and after a whole lot of saucy eye contact, leg touching and tickling with pom-poms, they hopped into bed and disappeared under the covers. Happy days!
