Celebrity Big Brother: MC Harvey is the next God

Aphrodite and Zeus (that'd be Martin and Julie to you and me) have chosen MC Harvey to join them on Mount Olympus as a God.



The eleven Mortals, looking statuesque in gold and silver body paint, stood their ground during the Trial of Resilience facing wind, earth, water and fire in the hope of earning their wings.

Gale force winds came first and whilst Zeus had some issues with his cape, the mortals managed to remain balanced on their platform for the duration.

Earth took the form of mud bombs which Julie and Martin took great pleasure in hurling at all comers. I'm sure Martin was getting his own back for the amount of pies he took to the face during the fairground task.

Water next, and the Gods hilariously ran about with water pistols and balloons (not something you tend to see from a deity). The funniest part was when the balloons didn't pop and just bounced off the mortals heads - ouch!

All still standing, The Situation was the only statue to be toppled by the 'great balls of fire' so it was left to Julie and Martin to decide who should join them as the next God.

It was a tough call as they had all done so well, but MC Harvey stood out for being 'so solid' on the podium (sorry, I just couldn't help myself!)

So now there are three... who'll be the next housemate to transcend?
